Coaches can manage their roster until Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Scratches/Changes
$100 per Varsity Team (5-7 runners) or $20.00 per Varsity Runner.
$100 per JV Team (5-7 runners) or $20.00 per runner.
Additional JV Runners: $20.00 each with a maximum cost for one JV race of $300.
DO NOT send payment prior to event. All schools will be billed based on the runners who participate on race day. Schools will receive an invoice via mail after the event.

For local teams we are asking that you tour the course on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, October 13-15 . Out of town teams will be able to tour the course on Friday, October 16. This is per request of the St. Louis Parks Dept.
Our staff and park Rangers will handle parking this year. Please enter from Broadway entrance to the park. The Rangers will direct you where to go.
We will be using Big River Race Management for entries and results. Top 5 score with 6 and 7 being displacers. Results will be posted shortly after the completion of each race. Live results will be available at www.bigriverracemanagement.com during the meet.
